Il dispositivo DS4208 di Motorola offre la velocità sorprendente tipica degli scanner laser su codici a barre uni e bidimensionali (1D e 2D) consentendo di acquisire codici barre 2D senza sacrificare la qualità o le prestazioni della scansione. Solitamente, gli utenti non perdono tempo ad allineare il codice a barre allo scanner o a fare una pausa tra le scansioni. E, dato che è possibile acquisire i codici a barre stampati su etichette di carta o visualizzati sullo schermo di un telefono cellulare, i negozianti possono soddisfare le richieste dei clienti che scaricano coupon mobili, carte di fidelizzazione mobili e così via. Questo dispositivo offre velocità di scansione leader del settore per qualsiasi tipologia di codice a barre, autentica semplicità di scansione ad acquisizione rapida efficace anche su codici a barre danneggiati o di scarsa qualità e una struttura robusta per le attività di ogni giorno: tutto a un prezzo economico.
